Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining the QAWAYA Brand Ambassador Program. By signing up and participating in the program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:


Eligibility: a. The QAWAYA Brand Ambassador Program is open to content creators and tele marketers around the globe who are at least 18 years old. b. Employees, agents, or representatives of QAWAYA and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the program.


Enrollment: a. To enroll in the QAWAYA Brand Ambassador Program, you must complete the online application form accurately and provide all required information. b. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion. c. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your brand ambassador account.


Commissions: a. Brand Ambassadors will earn a commission of 10-20% on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and other charges) generated through their unique referral links. b. Commission rates may vary depending on the type of product or service being promoted. c. Commissions will only be paid on successful referrals that result in a completed purchase on the QAWAYA website. d. Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, typically monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by QAWAYA.


Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: a. As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for promoting QAWAYA products/services in a truthful and ethical manner. b. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines. c. You are responsible for creating and distributing your own marketing materials, such as content, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns. d. You may not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices to generate referrals. e. You may not use spamming techniques or engage in any form of unsolicited communication to promote QAWAYA. f. You are responsible for the security of your brand ambassador account login information.


Termination: a. Either party may terminate the brand ambassador agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under this agreement will immediately cease. c. If you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your brand ambassador account immediately and withhold any unpaid commissions.


Modification of Terms: a. QAWAYA reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. b. Brand Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via email or through their brand ambassador dashboard. c. Continued participation in the brand ambassador program after the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.


Limitation of Liability: a. QAWAYA will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the brand ambassador program. b. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our website or referral tracking system. c. QAWAYA will not be responsible for any loss of income, business, or reputation resulting from your participation in the brand ambassador program.
